MANIPUR SOLIDARITY MEETING
As the issues in Manipur is getting worse People’s Movement for Peace has gathered a solidarity meeting at Mahatma Mandiram,Kannur which was inaugurated by Dr.P.V.Rajagopal. Fr Scaria Kalloor,Adv.Binoy Thomas,E.V.G Nambiar and others took part in the meeting and added their opnion.

FASTING FOR PEACE IN MANIPUR
Conducted a one day of fasting for establishing Peace in Manipur. As a revolt against the silence of Government.
Request Letter written to Prime Minister for taking action against the violence taking place in Manipur.

MEETING WITH DEBEN SHARMA
As the issues in Manipur were rising People’s Movement for Peace has arranged a meeting with Deben Sharma; a social activist from Manipur.
The meeting was held at the Mahatma Mandiram, Kannur to discuss briefly about the problems and the current situation of Manipur state.
Fr Scaria Kalloor, Satish Kumar, Adv.Binoy Thomas, Rajan Thiereth, E.V.G Nambiar etc shared their views on this issue

OCTOBER
PEACE RALLY
People’s Movement for Peace in collaboration with local organizations conducted a peace rally from Valathode-Edapuzha on 28th Oct, 2023 to find peaceful solution for the problems created by the Maoist’s. The rally was inaugurated by Aaralam Panchayath President K.P Rajesh. People’s Movement for Peace Chairman Fr. Scaria Kalloor flagged off the peace rally. Peravoor MLA Adv. Sunny Joseph inaugurated the public meeting. A flex board, highlighting the duties of citizens of India (Art 51A) was publicly placed at the town Centre.
Other dignitaries such as Kuriachan Paimpallikunnel(Ayyankunn Panchayath President),Paul Chakkanikunnel(St Joseph priest),Sibi Vazhakkala,P.Satish Kumar, Manoj.M.Kandathil, K.C Chacko,Ajesh Biju Kachaliyil,Artist Sasikala, N.P Joseph, Pavithran Kotheri, Shyda Praveen, Jolly Sabu spoke on the occassion.

People’s Movement for Peace gathered a meeting on Nov 11th at Mahatma Mandiram to plan the future activities of the organization. Fr Scaria Kalloor, P.Satish Kumar, Shyda Praveen, Shameel Enjikkal, Nandu G Nambiar etc., were present in the meeting.

MAITHRI MAHOTHSAVAM
People’s Movement of Peace has successfully organized for the second time maithri mahothsavam, an event of religious harmony in collaboration with Chamber of Commerce & DTPC Kannur On 26th Dec 2023, at Payyambalam Beach,Kannur. The event was inaugurated by Arch Bishop Mar Joseph Pamplani, Archbishop Thalassery Arch diocese. People’s Movement for Peace Chairman Fr.Scaria Kalloor presided over the meeting. Swami Amritha Kripanandapuri and Hussain Madavoor addressed the audience.Adv. Binoy Thomas welcomed the audience. Mahatma Mandiram Vice President Rajan Thiareth, Karayil Sukumaran, Haridas Mangalassery, P. Satish Kumar, Shaida Praveen and Shameel Enchikal spoke on the occassion. The event was followed by a multi-religious Harmony orchestra.
